Powerplant Experience

PT6/JT15D is our specialty, and we take pride in our diagnostic troubleshooting to solve problems before they become expensive repairs.

Our factory training and experience allow us to remove and reinstall engines, perform many turbine and gearbox repairs, hot sections and T5, TQ and fuel quantity testing in house. We can flow-check fuel nozzles on premise and borescope your engine to document and diagnose problems. We have a high success rate rigging engines on the first run, saving you time and fuel costs. Our long-standing relationship with major overhaulers like StandardAero means that we can manage your engine through teardown and overhaul.

We support the M.O.R.E. program and routinely perform vibration analysis, prop balancing and borescoping to comply with this money-saving and safety-enhancing program.

MORE Company, Inc.

MORE Company, Inc. provides eight (8) FAA-approved Supplemental Type Certificates (STC’s) for certain

models of PT6A engines to extend the engine TBO to 8000 hours. The MORE STC uses an enhanced

maintenance method to find and correct problems in their early stages. The STC’s were designed to extend

engine life, reliability, and safety, and to reduce the cost of operation and ownership. The STC’s are fully

transferrable, there is no fixed hourly hot section interval and can be used by private, commercial aircraft or

military aircraft.
